Tai Chi Basics
Simple, down to earth Tai Chi without the form.
Tai Chi can be complex but the basics aren't. Anyone can learn the qigong aspects of Tai Chi and dramatically improve their mental and physical health.
In this class you will learn simple exercises that will improve your balance, core strength, flexibility, breathing and teach you how to relax deeply and calm your mind.
Classes begin Thursday Jan 30th 2pm at the Unitarian meeting hall, Brunswick square, Bristol BS2 8PE
