Learning to relax deeply will be the main focus and after the 6 weeks is over you will have some idea of how Tai Chi works as a mindfullness practice.
A calm mind and a strong body are the goals and we will be looking at how Tai Chi improves posture, strengthens the body internally and ultimately makes you more balanced, physically and emotionally.
You will be introduced to the fundamental practices of standing qigong, silk reeling and fang song relaxation exercises as well as an introduction to form work.
It is suitable for everyone, young and old and of any level of fitness.
